Shipping schedules are subject to various factors beyond our direct control, which means that any estimated delivery times provided should be considered as approximations rather than fixed guarantees. Once an order has been processed and dispatched from our fulfillment center, its transit time is influenced by numerous factors. These include the distance between the origin and destination, the carrier’s capacity, regional infrastructure, high-demand periods, and external factors like weather disruptions or natural events. Under normal circumstances, most orders are delivered within ten to twenty business days, not accounting for weekends or public holidays, when shipping activities may be limited or paused.
Although we make every effort to ensure timely and smooth deliveries, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes disrupt the normal flow of shipments. Events such as severe weather conditions, transportation interruptions, unexpected demand surges during peak seasons, customs delays, or labor shortages may affect both domestic and international shipments. We work closely with our delivery partners to minimize delays where possible, but once the package enters the carrier’s system, some delays become unavoidable. We appreciate the understanding and patience of our customers when such disruptions occur.
Given that shipping conditions can change unexpectedly, we cannot promise precise delivery dates. After an order is confirmed and the processing stage begins, shipment details are transmitted to the carrier and logged in their system. At this point, it is no longer possible to modify the delivery address, destination, or any part of the shipment’s routing. Therefore, we highly recommend that customers double-check all shipping details before completing their order. Providing accurate recipient names, street addresses, apartment or unit numbers, postal codes, and contact details can help prevent delays caused by address verification issues, routing errors, or unsuccessful delivery attempts.
Once an order is dispatched, the carrier assumes full control over the shipment. During transit, packages often pass through various sorting centers, regional hubs, and inspection points, each operating under different conditions and workloads. High shipping volumes, temporary backlogs, routine inspections, security checks, or adverse weather conditions can slow down the progress at any point in the journey. In rare cases, a shipment may be temporarily held by the carrier for additional verification of delivery details or to clarify specific information before continuing its journey. Occasionally, an item may also become unavailable after an order has been placed. In such instances, the unavailable product will be removed from the order, and the customer will be informed immediately. A refund will be issued for the item that couldn’t be fulfilled.
We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required and no additional fees based on the destination. Depending on the delivery location and carrier policies, the recipient’s signature or presence may be required upon delivery. If an initial delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the carrier will often attempt to deliver the package again. If multiple attempts fail and the package is returned to us, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed to the original payment method. To minimize missed deliveries, we recommend that customers monitor tracking updates and make arrangements to be available during the estimated delivery period.
For greater transparency, we offer an online tracking service that lets customers monitor the status of their order from dispatch to final delivery. Tracking updates provide visibility into the shipment’s progress and allow customers to stay informed throughout its journey. However, please note that tracking information may not always be updated consistently, particularly when a package is in transit between facilities or regions.
In some cases, orders may not be processed or shipped due to various reasons, such as inventory issues, unsupported delivery destinations, restrictions on PO box addresses, payment authorization problems, or verification issues. Inaccurate or incomplete checkout information can also result in delays or cancellations. Should any of these issues arise, customers will be notified with specific details and provided with instructions on how to proceed.
If an incorrect item is received, customers should contact us promptly so we can help with the return process and issue a refund. Returns due to size preferences are also accepted; however, customers must place a new order for the desired size. If a shipment is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, customers are encouraged to first check the tracking information. If the status remains unclear or the delay seems unusual, our customer support team can assist in investigating the situation. We will review the matter, liaise with the carrier, and work towards resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Our goal is to make the shipping process as clear, reliable, and transparent as we can. We aim to keep customers informed every step of the way and appreciate your understanding as we navigate the various factors that can influence delivery schedules.
